How much is postage and packing?
Postage to the UK, Ireland and Channel Islands is £2.50. Postage to the rest of the world is a flat rate of £3.00
You will recieve a confirmation email when we recieve your order and payment via paypal.
How long will I have to wait for my order?
Due to the fact everything is hand made it may take a little longer than normal for your order to arrive (7-10 days) but if there is already something made up that you have purchased it will be sent out the next working day.
Overseas orders should note that they could take anything between 2-4 weeks depending on the destination.
Why does my semi precious stone look different to the one in the items picture?
Because semi precious stones vary in colour and shape, although most of the same ones will look alike there is no gaurentee that they will be identical to the one on the stock photo.
Can I place a custom order?
You can place custom orders by emailing us at customorders@char-cole.com detailing what you would like and we will aim to meet your requirements and quote you a price.
Where will my items be sent?
Your items will be sent to the address you provide at the checkout. Please be aware that once your items are posted to you we are no longer responsible for them so we will not be held accountable for any damages or lost items.
